How we do it
K-Kan is a business services company. We work with solopreneurs, small business and individuals that need virtual or hands-on assistance. We are experienced, innovative, encouraging, supportive and always non-judgmental. We listen to your needs, frustrations, desires and plans for the future then make recommendations, suggest alternatives and solutions to create a unique system that works for your vision.
Realizing that some people are highly visual and need to see their stuff while others are unable to think if they are overstimulated by their surroundings at our initial consultation (30 minutes complimentary) we will go through a questionnaire and perform a walk through that helps us to understand your uniqueness, preferences lifestyle, immediate and future needs.
As you can imagine there are some jobs that require weeks to complete while others only days with varying degrees of organizational assistance. After the initial project has been completed, several clients contract with us on weekly and monthly basis to maintain a state of organization in their home, office and records.
When assessing a storage area remodel we will offer several design ideas, within budget considerations. Once a design has been chosen we provide a comprehensive quote that includes demolition, installation, and materials (materials used on storage areas are billed at retail cost + shopping time).
When working as a virtual assistant (bookkeeping, lead follow-up, misc), your items to be processed on the given program or upload to an online program such as DropBox. The virtual assistant that you work with will familiarize themselves with your business, your goals and provide the proper amount of support that frees you from time consuming tasks and helps you succeed.
